Operational Specials
Compass-organised special operations🌐 New Route Launches
When Compass opens a new destination we run inaugural and proving flights before the route enters regular scheduled service. These flights are open to interested pilots and provide an opportunity to be among the first to fly the new sector.
🚚 Aircraft Deliveries
When a new type joins the fleet, Compass offers delivery flights from the manufacturer to the airline's home base. Past examples include the A321neo XLR from Hamburg, the A350 from Toulouse, and the B787 from Everett.
🧭 Familiarisation Flights
New types need to be proven on the network before full schedule integration. Familiarisation flights let pilots experience the aircraft and the routes it will operate, ensuring smooth introduction into regular service.
